Took my $10 to upgrade more lessons and wont unlock them.

You dont get but three letters and three numbers to work with. Also, the tracing is useless because even if the kid makes it perfect, the app wont recognize it. It took longer to download than for my kid to play the whole thing.

I downloaded this app to try and my daughter loved it. I decided to purchase it for $9.99. The money was taken out of my account right away, but I still only have access to the limited app. Im beyond frustrated. At this point I just want a refund.

I have absolutely nothing bad to say about this app, because its very well near perfect!

Great for the kids and easy for them to use. My 3 year old nephew loves it. I do too I like everything about it the sound , the pronunciation , the shape and colors.... Try to install this for your kids, very easy to play !

As a bonus to parents, sounds are not annoying and what is repetitive is pleasing to overhear - cute alphabet words and animations! Support team was incredibly responsive and helpful when we encountered a glitch with recent update. Our family has loved this app for years, for both toddlers.

As its advertised, the app has colorful graphic and appropriate sounds which are extremely suitable for any toddlers to use it. My nephew has used the app for a few days and he still can not get enough of it.

It does actually both teach and entertain kids at the same time. My little niece really loves those fun and interactive mini games in this app. Love the funny and cute animations as well as bright graphics and sounds!

My 5 year old son is very happy to play with this app. The app helps kids learn better word, more understandable. My 3 yr old loves this app. I had to restore my iPad and the app would not restore. I wrote to the creators and they promptly replied and helped me to get the app restored to my iPad. Great customer support!!!

I paid full for this app and after update, its asking me to pay again. What the hell. I contacted customer service and they gave me a coupon code, how am I suppose to apply the code in App Store? I want my money back!

My son loves this app. He has been using is since he was a year and a half and loves to trace the alphabet. Had a little problem since my old phone broke and I couldnt restore but after being patient and emailing the company I know have everything restored. Thanks so much for a wonderful experience and getting my son back to playing his games

Firstly, I must say thank to the author. I am very happy when i findout this app. my son also loves this app. My son often learn to count, learn the alphabet and many other interesting things in this application. Hopefully future versions will be better.

Our kid love this app! He turned 5 in May and was not sure of math. I downloaded this particular game specifically for him. I tried out the game first to make sure it worked well and what an amazing application! He gets super excited whenever he plays the game then receives a little cute sticker. Every babysitter or mother should totally download this! But dont play for too long.

This wonderful app is teaching my grand-daughter the correct way to write her letters, numbers and also draw geometrical shapes. As a teacher, Ive seen middle school students that do not write their letters and numbers correctly, causing their handwriting to be hard to read. They also have Know Your Money, which teaches the value of money. The company has great customer service if you run in to trouble with restoring your apps.
